Desmond Ryan Retires from ABLI

Desmond Ryan, Executive Director of the Association for a Better Long Island (ABLI) recently announced his retirement from ABLI after 27 years. In addition to his ABLI duties, Mr. Ryan has served as a government affairs consultant for many Long Island organizations, including LICA, where he has been consulting for nearly 20 years. Although Desmond is officially hanging up his ABLI hat, we are pleased to announce that Mr. Ryan will continue consulting work for LICA and others.
