This year, the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) is holding its national conference in New York City for the first time ever. Hosted by the ASHE New York Metro Chapter, it is scheduled for June 14-18, 2017 at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel. Click here for more information. Highlights of the conference will include:

  • An outstanding roster of technical sessions providing PDH credits
  • A golf outing at one of Long Island’s premier courses
  • A robust spouse/guest program of local tours

Phil Eng, Chief Operating Officer of the MTA, will be our keynote speaker at the Opening Session and NYCDOT Commissioner Polly Trottenberg will be the keynote speaker at the Friday Luncheon, when Bob Collyer, NYCDOT Chief Bridge Engineer, will be recognized as ASHE’s Person of the Year. In addition, Mayor Bill de Blasio has been invited to address the conference.
